Are you in your first few years teaching? If you answered yes, then the initial educator modules will provide an opportunity for learning, community, and conversation.
Participants will engage in the asynchronous sessions around the topics of Educator Effectiveness, Instruction, Equity, and Student Engagement. There will be a kick off event on Sept. 6th to welcome the group, explain logistics, and build community over dinner.

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will engage in the asynchronous sessions.
Following each session, participants will reflect on the content and respond to questions, intended to compel participants to think critically about what they learned.
Participants will share a question they have following each session and will also be asked to respond or reply to questions posted by other participants.

This workshop is open to all CESA 10 Districts.
