Best Practices in EC Workshop

Have you ever wondered: What should Assessment look like in early chlldhood? What constitutes a high quality special education evaluation for a preschooler? When considering eligibility for our youngest learners, what factors must we consider?

In this full day in-person workshop, we will address these questions as well as: 

• explore how assessment is critical in helping us understand and support young childrens’ learning
• discuss how evaluations provide information to make critical decisions about how to educate the student so they can access,  engage, and make meaningful progress toward meeting age and grade level standards 
• dig into factors teams must consider when making eligibility decisions for preschoolers

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee.
