DLM Training - Instructionally Embedded Assessment

The October 13th and December 15th sessions will be focused on using instructionally embedded assessments. CESA 8 will connect with CESA 7 and 9, to dig into utilizing the Instructionally Embedded Assessment within the DLM.  Information will be presented at CESA 8 via zoom by Iris Jacobson.  

This training is for all staff working with students with the most significant cognitive disabilities and administering the DLM, who want to understand and use the Instructionally Embedded Assessments within the DLM to inform progress monitoring and assess instruction.

• Please note: Iris Jacobson will be accessed virtually from another CESA location. The CESA 8 session will be facilitated by CESA staff (RSN, C8 Director) on-site to support learning

Prerequisites:  In order to access the embedded assessments, it is highly recommended that staff complete the initial or re-certification, to administer the DLM assessments, either the full training or the refresher moodles.  DAC's will have had to enter staff to the KITE portal and have students rostered to grade level and subjects.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 8 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather. Participants will be notified via email through myQuickReg.com if a cancellation occurs. DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS: Due to varied dietary restrictions, CESA 8 cannot guarantee that all special dietary accommodations can be met.
