Student CARE Collaborative
2023-2024 School Year
The Student CARE Collaborative (formerly called “Safe & Healthy Schools Series”) provides opportunities for leaders, specialists, and educators to engage with peers regarding pupil services-related topics of interest within and across professional disciplines. Additionally, member districts have access to periodic consultation from field experts. The information, training and collaborative discussions relate to mental wellness and other social, emotional or behavioral topics that require effective systems and supports to be in effect so that schools can meet the needs of the whole student.

- Support for Students Experiencing Homelessness
- Crisis Planning/School Safety Planning
- School/ Family/ Community engagement
OUTCOMES
- Professional learning, collaboration and networking around pupil services-related topics
- Share experiences and ideas based on best practice in areas of prevention strategies, youth risk/resilience and staff resilience
- Awareness of current trends, legal issues, and timely funding opportunities
- Build capacity to create caring and connected school communities

Cancellation Policy:
Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
