Get SMARTer: with SMART Boards

 Have a SMARTBoard or getting one but don’t know what to do with it yet?!? Then join us for this one day workshop. Participants will examine the learning environment for teachers and students made possible through the effective use of interactive whiteboards (SMARTBoards). Participants will also identify and discuss ways that SMARTBoards can be effectively used in your classroom. During this workshop participants will: learn the basics of the SMARTBoard, use the Floating Toolbar to enhance all programs on the SMARTBoard, learn how to use the NoteBook software to create interactive lessons, locate SMARTBoard resources and lesson plans online, and use the SMART Response System and discuss how it can be used in the classroom.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee.
