The CLNA is a process of analyzing data so stakeholders can identify program gaps and needs. As a result, they can determine future practices and priorities that address the gaps and lead to positive outcomes for all students. The Perkins V CLNA is an opportunity to look analytically at what’s working and expand on those aspects so that programs can move the needle forward in college and career readiness for students.
This series will provide districts with the data needed for review, a process for analyzing the data and determining root causes, gaps, and areas of strength, followed by a goal-setting process with other districts and a chance to build their future budgets to support resources needed to meet their goals. This process is a requirement under Perkins V for accessing federal funding.
