The picture of mental health that we want for our youth involves much more than providing access to counseling or planning mental health events during the school day. Academic and Career Planning is one programmatic strategy schools can utilize to transform the mental health of students. When students are able to envision an engaging, meaningful, and satisfying career, they not only gain access to a future marked by mental health, well-being, and success, but they gain motivation and engagement now. Join us to talk about how to reimagine the dual purpose of your ACP programming to benefit the holistic development of your students.
This workshop is part of the CESA #4 Framework for Success - Mental Health Literacy Events and is recommended for Middle and High School Teachers, ACP and CTE Team Members, Middle and High School Administrators
This workshop is FREE for districts enrolled in the Framework for Success mental health programming. Non-enrolled districts are $150.00 per individual registered. Each workshop includes food and drink, copies of training materials, and digital resources. All billing adjustments, including discounts, will be made prior to invoicing.
Participant Cancellation Policy:
You must contact CESA 4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise stated in the individual event details. CESA 4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA 4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Dietary Restrictions:
Because of the number of meals served, number of ingredients used, and food product changes from vendors, we cannot guarantee dietary restrictions as indicated in a user's myQuickReg profile will be accommodated. Participants with dietary restrictions such as food allergies should plan to bring their own refreshments.
Weather Conditions:
If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA 4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.
Additional Accommodations:
