Developing a District Computer Science Program Using the SCRIPT Rubric

CSforALL's mission is to make high-quality computer science an integral part of the educational experience for all K - 12 students and teachers and to support student pathways to college and career success. The SCRIPT - the Strategic CSforALL Resources & Implementation Planning Tool - is a framework to guide teams of district admin, school leaders, and educators through a series of collaborative visioning self-assessment, and goal-setting exercises to create or expand upon a computer science implementation plan for their students. During this workshop, district teams will work through the SCRIPT rubric to create or expand a district computer science plan.

• Audience: District teams - admin, school leaders, and educators
• Cost*: $25 for CIA member districts, $50 for all others. Lunch included. (*A DPI computer science grant is offsetting the cost of this workshop.)

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances.
