Join us for 2 days of engagement, learning, and play, as together we deepen our understanding of trauma, mental health, and social emotional learning and their impact on student behavior.

Through discussions, games and creativity, we will empower participants to BE the intervention that creates lasting change. This understanding will guide us to ways that we can authentically support the challenges students are facing.

OUTCOMES

• Gain a deeper understanding of the neuroscience of trauma
• Recognize the intersection of trauma, mental health and behavior
• Identify and practice low-intensity/high-impact strategies
• Create an action plan focused on implementing trauma-sensitive principles

EXTENDED LEARNING

• Onsite quarterly implementation practice (applying the work to real-life situations)
• Quarterly coaching of the implementation team
• Network of practice

The CESA 6 Social Emotional Learning Center supports individuals, teams and systems to navigate the behavioral, regulation and executive functioning needs as related to mental health, trauma, social-emotional learning and neurodiverse thinkers (Autism, ADD, ADHD).

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
