Join us for this day of building a culture of literacy through hands-on work and discussion centered around collaborating on a purpose and vision of literacy, creating a literacy plan, and strengthening your current EMLSS through evaluating instructional materials and practices. We will also explore one segment of the Writing Rope and discuss how to coach teachers on best practices in writing instruction.

Learning Outcomes:

Professional learning as a regional literacy network group.
Providing resources and tools based on regional district needs.

This workshop is offered exclusively to those districts participating in Universal School Improvement (LS1) Services including: Abbotsford, Bloomer, Chippewa Falls, Colby, Eau Claire, Flambeau, Gilman, Gilmanton, Granton, Greenwood, Ladysmith, Lake Holcombe, Loyal, Mondovi, Neillsville, New Auburn, Owen-Withee, Spencer, and Thorp.
