Systems get the results that they are designed to get. For the majority of people served by an organization, those systems work. However, we also know that every system has groups of people that could be better served. This four day training teaches participating teams the understand the role that identity plays in the development and operation of their system, how to examine their existing structures for places where organizational culture may disengage parts of the community served, and learn how to increase access, representation, ownership in the systems to achieve high quality outcomes for all.

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will learn fundamental concepts related to equity in education.
Participants will learn how to leverage community stakeholders to make decisions that address cultural dissonance.
Participants will learn how to use data to create action plans tied to a continuous improvement process.

CORE Comprehensive members: $4,000 for 8 person team

Non-member participants: $5,000 for 8 person team
