2012 WISCONSIN VISION PROFESSIONALS CONFERENCE - Hosted by CESA 5
This conference will provide an opportunity for vision professionals throughout the state to mingle, network, and learn about and address issues prevalent to our field.
 
CONFERENCE INFORMATION/CONTENT
The following individuals will be presenting at this year’s conference:

• Stacy Grandt & Dan Wenzel: Eligibility (Special Education vs 504 Plan), WCBVI & DPI updates

• Jeremiah Beasley: I -devices and how to apply them in the classroom

• Marilyn Harmon: Becoming a Master Teacher of the Visually Impaired

• "Speed Dating" Q & A time with colleagues

• Kay Glodowski: Effective Vision Services Workgroup Update

• Pam Reich: Independence from the student's point of view. She'll be showing a video (30 min.) containing interviews with former students. Following the video with Q & A/discussion (30 min).

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
