ESSA MONITORING SUPPORT SERVICE

The ESSA Monitoring Support Service is designed to communicate federal and state legislation, policies, and requirements related to Titles I-IV. Participants will be provided with an electronic binder and sample documents outlining their responsibilities for compliance based upon the updated 2023-24 Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (WI DPI) monitoring guidance.

• Digital collection format with sample documentation
• Fall and Spring Meetings (see dates above)
• Virtual Office Hours: 11/29/23 and 4/30/24
• Mid-year and end-of-year compliance checks
• Regular updates and timeline reminders
• Email, Zoom and phone support across the year

OBJECTIVES:

• Understand federal regulations and requirements pertaining to Title programs
• Collect and organize data required by the WI DPI ESSA Monitoring Guidance in an organized structure provided to each district
• Receive timely updates and timeline reminders throughout the school year
• Connect and collaborate with other ESSA and Title teachers and coordinators

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE:

• Title I Teachers/Coordinators, Title III Coordinators, ESSA Coordinators

REGISTRATION FEE: 

• $875/District
• $1200/District for school districts with 3+ Title I Schools
  • Fond du Lac, Menasha, Neenah, New London, Oshkosh, Waupun & West Bend

(unlimited participants per district; ESSA & WISEgrants Guidance Consortium members will be discounted by $50)

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
