Collaboration Lab 2.0 @ Belmont Convention Center

Schools are invited to bring teams of five people for a three day Team Academy. On day one, teams will experience The Power of a Positive Team training with Jon Gordon certified trainer, Ellie Olson. Day two will be about collaborating for observable impact and day three teams will work with Don Marlett, COO of Focused-Learning to learn a framework to be used in your school teams to put the work into action. 

Day 1: The Power of a Positive Team - Jon Gordone Certifed Trainer, Ellie Olson

Day 2: Collaborating For Observable Impact - Lisa Arneson, PhD

Day 3: Learning-Focused Instructional Framework, Don Marlett, COO of Learning-Focused

The cost for this event is $1000 per team of 5 people or less. Schools will be receive $5000 back after attending the three day workshop with full teams as part of the Education Leadership Development Grant from the 2022-2023 school year. 

Although it will initially appear that each team member is being charged $1000, once the event is completed and attendance has been submitted, each team of 5 (or less) will be billed the $1000 total fee. Sorry for any inconvenience or confusion. 

 

Participant Cancellation Policy: You must contact CESA #3 at least one week prior to the scheduled event to cancel and receive a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellations not received at least one week prior to the registered event will be charged the full registration fee. CESA #3 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot. Accommodations: If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated. CESA #3 is handicapped accessible.
