This is a four-part series at CESA 10 to learn about how to use data and develop an action plan that aligns to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction's Continuous Improvement Process Rubric. This series is designed to teach and support best practice related to action planning for the coming year. As an additional note, this offering aligns with the process that DPI has outlined, if your district received a notification of a finding from DPI, relative to Joint Federal Notifications with ESSA and IDEA. 

Learning Outcomes:

  • Participants will learn how to use their various datasources to engage in a root cause analysis.
  • Participants will understand how to use Wisconsin DPI's CIP rubric to prioritize their action plans to improve student outcomes.
  • Participants will learn about CESA based and statewide evidence-based resources to help address their action plans.
  • Participants will review their systems and resources and identify ways to enhance resource equity in their systems to improve student outcomes.

This workshop is offered at no additional cost to CESA 10 districts.
