These sessions are designed to deepen understanding of content and instructional practices through active participation in effective professional development related to the professional Wisconsin Educator Standards for educators and pupil services professionals (such as school counselors, school social workers, interventionists, and special education teachers). Each session engages the learner by exploring teaching strategies that support all students, including advice from veterans in addition to new learning. This virtual series will also offer new educators a chance to collaborate with peers on a topic of their choice, building a network across the region and a community of support.

Series details: There will be four sessions. **Participating schools will be eligible for in-district coaching to support the learning taking place in the workshops.**

Audience: Educators in their first year of service.

Location: Virtual via Zoom
