*CANCELED* Continuous Improvement Series (All Rms)

This series is designed to engage leadership teams in the continuous improvement process as required through IDEA and ESSA identifications.

Teams will:

• Reflect on the role of leadership teams and engage in deep learning to understand marginalized populations in schools.
• Engage in a needs assessment analyzing student outcome data and adult practices data.
• Identify and select an evidence-based improvement strategy (EBIS) aligned to root causes.
• Develop an improvement plan directly linked to root causes and identification(s).

Audience: District/school teams that have received a federal identification under ESSA and/or IDEA or who are seeking help engaging in the continuous improvement process. Recommended teams: administrators, teachers (including special and general education), and specialists.

Cost for the series (includes lunch):
we will adjust the fee if your team qualifies for the reduced price
           $25/person for IDEA- or ESSA-identified CESA 9 districts (low cost due to funding by TA Network funds)
           $75/person for non-identified CESA 9 districts
