Leadership Transformation

Join CESA 7 and InitiativeOne for a transformation process to heighten the awareness of leadership behaviors and re-energize the team's passion.

Organizational behaviors that may be undermining the success or preventing the team from achieving the highest success will be identified (issues and problematic behaviors are addressed). InitiativeOne helps your team develop a system to accelerate behavior change and move to a trust-based and vision-driven culture. You will learn dynamic practical and behavioral leadership skills and thinking habits for competing in today's education climate.
 
The process transcends the usual seminar/workshop format by providing extensive group facilitation in a safe and professional environment. Strong team interaction effectively surfaces and addresses critical issues that may undermine greater team success. Team interaction also provides an extensive "training ground" for modeling and transferring these new leadership behaviors throughout the rest of the organization. The process will directly impact a leader's professional and personal behavior.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be faxed (920-492-5965) or e-mailed to the PERSON LISTED AS THE EVENT CONTACT five (5) working days prior to the date of the event unless other cancellation information is noted in the specific event.
