The Art of Coaching Teams Book Study

Join us for four virtual sessions to collaborate and discuss strategies included in Elena Aguilar's book, The Art of Coaching Teams. 

In many districts, instructional coaches, mentors, and leaders attempt to provide support to all staff, but the task can be daunting given the ratio of this group to the number of educators to support. One solution is to provide instructional coaching support to teams and PLCs. Elena Aguilar continues to be at the forefront of instructional coaching and helping educators construct and support processes that encourage personal/professional growth leading to improved student achievement.

Registration Fee: $30 for CESA 5 Coaching & Mentoring Consortium Members
                               $130 for Non-Members

The book, The Art of Coaching Teams by Elena Aguilar is included with registration.

**Cancellations will not be accepted after January 6, 2023. Registrations are transferrable within your district.
This policy supersedes our regular CESA 5 cancellation policy.**

 

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
