Designing and Delivering High-Quality Inclusive Services in Early Childhood:

2023 FREE Virtual Series

DESCRIPTION: We know preschool inclusive services are important and result in positive outcomes for students, but what should it look like in daily practice? Where do you start? How can you elevate your current practices? If you have these questions, join us for this ongoing professional learning experience that will provide you with the knowledge and resources to design and provide high-quality inclusive services for your preschool learners.

AUDIENCE: General educators, special education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and any other professionals that work with young children with disabilities. (Attendance as a team is encouraged.)

SESSION DATES: All sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30

This no-cost, virtual series is offered through the Early Learning Technical Assistance & Implementation Grant funded through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

LIMITED TO 30 PARTICIPANTS

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: *Registration deadline is Monday, December 12th

This interactive, seven-session cohort will explore:

  • IEP development that leads to more inclusive services
  • Determining service delivery options based on student’s needs
  • Identifying roles and responsibilities of inclusive team members
  • The use of quality universal instructional strategies 
  • Creating and delivering specially designed instruction 
  • Effective strategies for collaboration

There will also be several opportunities to collaborate with other colleagues regarding how to best implement inclusive services into your own program.

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
