Title IX Civil Rights Training

Please join us at CESA 7 and Mary Gerbig for updated training on Title IX,  recent court decisions and updates from the U. S. Department of Education. The training will review the current regulations issued in 2020, the new proposed 2022 regulations, and the impact of recent court decisions regarding LGQTB issues. The training will review the regulation requirements, and provide guidance related to various policy and implementation issues for Title IX coordinators, investigators and those tasked with making the determination of responsibility
