Is your district struggling to re-engage with learners post-pandemic? Are you interested in how to create a culture for learning that is rooted in equity? As leaders, are you wondering how to foster personal and authentic relationships with your staff and stakeholders during these turbulent times?

Joing Thomas C. Murray, Director of Innovation for Future Ready Schools, as he shares how we can all design learner-centered, awe-inspiring experiences grounded in relationships for our students and staff. 

During this engaging session, Murray will provide participants with practical and actionable ideas that they can use back in their district immediately. Each participants will leave with a copy of Murray's book, Personal and Authenic: Designing Experiences That Impact a Lifetime, as well as over 150 videos and articles they can access back in their schools.

As a result of this workshop, participants will:

• Understand the characteristics of a personal and authentic school leader. 
• Learn strategies that you can use to create personal and authentic cultures in your district, school, or classroom. 
• Leave inspired and empowered to continue to do the hard work they do every day to prepare our students to realize their potential. 

Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to connect with Thomas C. Murray virtually during two sessions offered later this year as a way to continue this important work.
