Jenna Hughes from the Teaching & Learning Technology Department at CESA 10 contacted me to see if we could collaborate to jointly offer our meetings for school counselors. To make best use of your very valuable time, we will have a more traditional School Counselor Community of Practice meeting in the morning (9am - Noon). After lunch, those of you who are a part of the CADENC and WIN will have your meeting from 1 - 2pm. The rest of the group will be dismissed. So the agenda for the day will look like:
9 - 9:15am: Introductions.
9:15 - 9:30am: DPI Updates.
9:30 - 10:30am: Find out about SBIRT.
10:30 - 11:30am: Break into grade band groups to share a lesson, an activity or something you offer as a school counselor that you are willing to share with your colleagues.
11:30am - Noon: Optimistic closure.
Noon - 1pm: Lunch.
From 1 - 2pm those of you who are a part of CADENC and WIN Fall 2022 - Principals and Counselors Meeting.

- DPI updates.
- Find out about SBIRT (Screening, Brief Intervention and Recommendation for Treatment).
