Basic Threat Assessment Team Course

CESA 10 is partnering with the Wisconsin DOJ Office of School Safety to offer "The Basic Threat Assessment Team" course. This training is designed for school administrators, mental health professionals, security personnel and law enforcement.

This course explains why threat assessment is an important part of violence prevention in schools, who should be part of school-based threat assessment team, the investigative themes important in threat assessment, how to determine the severity of the threat, and how to determine the appropriate response to concerning behavior.

This is a free training on November 11, 2022 from 8:00 am-4:00 pm at CESA 10. There will be one hour set aside for lunch on your own.
