Completion of the Pathways to Literacy Leadership course is estimated to take approximately 30 hours, depending on the participant’s background knowledge in the science of reading. The start and completion of the course will occur asynchronously. Once participants gain access to the AIM Pathways platform and complete their asynchronous tasks, they will have access to the coursework at their convenience—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, anywhere there is an internet connection.
