When a school implements PBIS, it takes a collective effort from every person in the system – principal to bus driver to classroom teacher – to make the goals of PBIS a reality. While all members of the PBIS Team hold an important role in implementation, the appointed Internal Coach has the unique responsibility to coordinate implementation fidelity, system change, and goal-planning for continued growth. This role comes with unique opportunities to celebrate and distinct roadblocks that require additional time and customized responses. As we each manage the “predictable turmoil” at our school sites, we collect innovative and unique strategies that support individuals and systems towards change. The CESA 4 PBIS Internal Coach Network is our chance to share those strategies with our CESA 4 colleagues and grow our capacity using the expertise of our peers and advancements in the field. PBIS Internal Coaches will benefit from discussion, collaboration, collective learning opportunities, and networking to grow their personal toolboxes in coaching-specific best practices. We are thrilled to have the support of our CESA 4 WI PBIS/RtI Center Consultants, who will be on-site to support our Coaches’ learning. Together, we can facilitate high-performing PBIS schools that provide equity and excellence to all students!
Participant Cancellation Policy:
You must contact CESA 4 to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event unless otherwise stated in the individual event details. CESA 4 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 4 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. CESA 4 reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by e-mail or phone if a workshop is cancelled. If a participant is a 'no show' the school will be billed for the registration fee, or loss of the 'free' attendance slot.
Dietary Restrictions:
Because of the number of meals served, number of ingredients used, and food product changes from vendors, we cannot guarantee dietary restrictions as indicated in a user's myQuickReg profile will be accommodated. Participants with dietary restrictions such as food allergies should plan to bring their own refreshments.
Weather Conditions:
If a workshop has been cancelled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call CESA 4 Voice Mail at (608) 786-4800; Toll Free (800) 514-3075. A message will be posted regarding workshop weather cancellations.
Additional Accommodations:
If you need an accommodation to participate including interpreter services (sign language or other spoken language) please email the workshop contact to set up these services. A two-week notice is appreciated.
