Portrait of a Graduate

This free offering is aligned with Redefining Ready and a focus on the readiness gap.  This snapshot will offer the opportunity for you to gain an understanding of how creating a Portrait of a Graduate (POG) and redefining student success in your district, can impact your district's vision in preparing your student's for future career and life readiness.  The session will cover how CESA 7 can implement this revisioning process within your district and will include reviewing the process of: assessing current career and life readiness approaches; assisting with developing a Focus Team to support the work; create and develop a readiness vision that includes developing a POG and a Portrait of an Educator (POE); and reviewing actionable steps that support a personalized release of success.
