Danielson Model Evaluator Training (EE)

Learning Outcomes:

This training provides a readiness level of understanding of best practice when using the (2013) Danielson Framework for Teaching as the basis of observing teacher practice. Upon completion of the learning you will:

• Mitigate the impact of bias within your teacher evaluation.
• Understand the structure of and themes within Danielson (2013) Framework for Teaching (FfT).
• Use the Framework for Teaching (FfT) to guide collection and analysis of teacher practice evidence.
• Plan for growth-focused, critical-attribute informed observation feedback.

Audience: evaluators of teachers in districts using the state (DPI/Danielson/EE) model. The training is appropriate for newly licensed evaluators or evaluators who are new to the Danielson model, who need to complete certification as per the EE System requirements.
