Early Learning Networking Meeting - Providing Support to Solving Dilemmas (Virtual)

During our time together, we will use a process for helping individuals think more expansively about a particular dilemma. An outside perspective is critical to working effectively. Bring a dilemma about something that is still puzzling you about your practice.
A dilemma is a puzzle, an issue that raises questions, an idea that seems to have conceptual gaps, or something about a process or product that you just can't figure out.
Dilemmas deal with issues with which you are struggling or that you are unsure about.
Examples:
Is it something that is bothering you, enough that your thoughts regularly return to the dilemma?
Is it an issue/dilemma that is not already on its way to being resolved? Is it an issue/dilemma that does not depend on getting other people to change– in other words can you affect the dilemma by changing your practice?
Join us as we tap into the expertise in a group, to provide respectful, thoughtful, experienced-based responses to your dilemma!

Cost:
$35 per person for Non-Consortium Districts (Ashland, Mercer, Northwood, Phillips, Solon Springs, Superior & LCO) and all other Agencies
FREE for Consortium Districts (Bayfield, Butternut, Chequamegon, Drummond, Hayward, Hurley, Maple, Mellen, South Shore, Washburn, & Winter)
*Each registered participant will receive the zoom link information two days prior to the date of the event.
Cancellation Policy:
Any registration cancellation must be received by the registration deadline date stated on the event for a refund to be issued. Persons registering and not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee (substitutions are accepted). CESA 12 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email or phone if a cancellation occurs.Weather conditions:
