Instructional Coaching Network

Join CESA 9’s Instructional Coaching Network! In its 7th year, this series offers an opportunity to gather as a professional learning community to learn, network, share ideas and challenges, and become better…together.

Series Goals:

• Build a learning community and coaching capacity within those serving in a leader/teacher leader/instructional coach role
• Gather the essentials for creating and implementing a coaching culture that improves instruction and results for students

Topics:

• Self-reflection and targeted learning using the principles of the Coaching Competency Practice Profile
• Success Factors necessary for instructional coaching to flourish (Jim Knight’s mentor text)
• Maximizing the role of coaching within a school/district system

Audience: Instructional leaders who serve in a district or building coaching role, Reading Specialists, Literacy Coaches, Mathematics Coaches and Coordinators, and Mathematics or Literacy Grade Level Leaders (you did not need to attend previous years to join this network).

Cost for the 4-session series (includes lunch and resources for in-person events):
If eligible, discount will automatically apply during registration
          $350 for CESA 9 CSI members
          $450 for non-CESA 9 CSI members

We encourage participants to attend all network sessions, but also welcome participants only attending those dates that work best for them. The cost will remain the same and all materials will be made available to those registered regardless of attendance.

-CANCELLATION POLICY- Unless otherwise noted, if we receive your cancellation at least 48 hours before the program begins, you will qualify for a full refund.
