Afternoon session

Evaluators in the EP model of Educator Effectiveness will learn how to provide actionable feedback following observations of teaching. The Rapid Cycle Feedback model has been shown to be effective in supporting teachers in improving their instructional practices. Evaluators have reported feeling more comfortable in their role as coach.

Learn how to observe teachers using the Rapid Cycle Feedback model.
Plan for implementing Rapid Cycle Feedback into EP practices.
