Dr. Bryan Albrecht has served as Gateway's President since 2006. In this role, Dr. Albrecht represents the college on over 50 local, state, and national boards. He supports a comprehensive and vision-driven college, by increasing student support, contemporary programming, positive community partnerships, and innovative classrooms and facilities that reflect the business and industry. Under Dr. Albrecht's leadership, Gateway has been recognized as a military friendly college by the United States Department of Defense, an innovative college by the United States Department of Labor, a leadership college by the Association for Career and Technical Education, and a model college by the American Association of Community Colleges for sustainable education and economic development.		Murray Banks is an honored educator and world champion athlete. Murray has an engaging and motivational message. His unique and interactive style will have you ready to recharge, reenergize and refocus.		Marc Prensky is an internationally acclaimed speaker, writer, consultant, visionary and innovator in the field of education and learning. Marc has taught at all levels. Marc has been featured in articles in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, has appeared on CNN, MSNBC, PBS, and the BBC, and was named as one of training’s top 10 “visionaries” by Training magazine.

CESA 6, in partnership with International Center for Leadership in Education, proudly announces its third annual STEM Summit. Educators, industry leaders, and others will gather to showcase replicable models and discuss increasing student access to and success in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The 2012 STEM Summit will help educators explore the strategic use of information technology to better serve their students, campuses, and communities.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
