Rapid-Cycle Feedback Training (Learning Lab)

This training will provide an in-depth look at the Rapid-Cycle Feedback process and engage participants with the best practices, supporting forms, and staff training materials that will ensure a successful implementation of Rapid-Cycle Feedback.

The Rapid-Cycle Feedback Process provides an educator growth experience consisting of collaborative planning and frequent, short, focused observations followed by timely, targeted feedback resulting in rapid improvement in educator practices and greater success for all students.

PARTICIPANTS WILL:

• Gain an understanding of the Rapid-Cycle Feedback process.
• Access resources to support the implementation of Rapid-Cycle Feedback.
• Learn tools and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the educator observations.
• Use focused observations to provide high-quality, actionable feedback.

AUDIENCE: This training was designed for Effectiveness Project EE evaluators, however both EP- and DPI-model evaluators will find it valuable and are welcome to attend
