Introduction to Responsive Classroom Workshop

Come learn the timeless pedagogy that helps create the conditions for academic, social, and emotional learning to take root. The Responsive Classroom approach has continuously expanded its reach in the forty years it has been around because it is adaptable: it provides strategies and skills that can be taught, reinforced, and practiced in all settings.

Learning Outcomes:

• Participate in interactive learning structures you can use with your class to make lessons more engaging.
• Engage in practices that support a positive learning community.
• Examine how the Responsive Classroom approach to discipline can establish a calm, orderly, and safe environment for learning.

This workshop is offered at no additional cost to those districts participating in Universal School Improvement Services (Discount will be automatically applied.) including: Abbotsford, Bloomer, Bruce, Chippewa Falls, Colby, Eau Claire, Eleva-Strum, Flambeau, Gilman, Gilmanton, Granton, Greenwood, Ladysmith, Lake Holcombe, Loyal, Mondovi, Neillsville, New Auburn, Osseo-Fairchild, Owen-Withee, Spencer, and Thorp.

The cost for all other participants will be $500 per workshop.
