This training is demonstrated on the most current version of the Infinite Campus Product and will reference Wisconsin specific data or fields when applicable.

Participants will learn all about health canned reports as well as ad hocs that pull health related data.  Learn about reports to run data on health conditions in both summary format and suitable for field trips. Learn how to create health ad hocs to pull counts of everything connected to conditions, behind schedule immunizations and health office visits by day, complaint, etc. Prior knowledge of Ad Hoc (Course Number AD 1116 and even AD 3116 will be helpful prior to this session). Course Number: HE 3122.

To cancel an Academy workshop log into your MQR account, click on My Events, open the course you wish to cancel and click Cancel. There is no penalty for cancelling a standard Academy scheduled workshop. Non-Academy subscription holders that do not cancel the training and are a "no show" to the workshop will be charged the full amount.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
