The State of Wisconsin will begin using the new on-line Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) consolidated application for the 2012-2013 school year. The Department of Public Instruction is offering trainings at CESAs throughout the state to assist districts prepare for the changes to the ESEA application.

Mileage reimbursement (up to $150 per district) is available for ESEA Consolidated Application Consortium School District Members (Bayfield, Butternut, Chequamegon, Hurley, Mellen)

A follow-up session to this DPI sponsored training wil lbe conducted by CESA Personnel on May 23, 2012

ESEA Coordinators, Business Managers and bookkeepers are encouraged to attend.

Participants are asked to bring a laptop computer with wireless Internet capabilities.

DPI has noticed that iPads are not good tools for practicing the application. There are technical difficulties with uploading features and their screens are so small that it is sometimes hard to navigate. Attendees are discouraged from bringing iPads please bring a laptop instead.

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received by the registration deadline date stated on the event for a refund to be issued. Persons registering and not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee (substitutions are accepted). CESA 12 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email or phone if a cancellation occurs.

Weather conditions:
