In this five-part after school series we will spend an hour understanding the key shifts in the ELA standards and how it applies in your daily instruction. We will work directly with your weekly lesson and/or curriculum materials identifying areas where these shifts would apply. Please join us to network with colleagues and determine where supplemental lessons may be needed.

Learning Outcome:

  • Understand the 5 ELA shifts.
  • Review materials and lessons for the shifts.
  • Identify where to best align lessons with the new shifts.
