June 15-16: CCR IEP Cohort Academy (Selected Districts with Regional RSN)

DPI statewide partners, CESA RSN, and district leadership teams, will engage in learning and grounding connected to the CCR IEP Train the Trainer Cohort.  These two days will allow teams to engage in foundational learning, work on building district “WHY” statements for K-5 systems connected to reading, and will engage in learning around High Leverage Practice (HLP #16) Explicit Instruction as an evidence-based strategy that intersects with and impacts CCR IEPs.

We look forward to your district leadership team joining us in this work.  

**Due to low registration numbers, we have canceled the F2F option that was being held at the Holiday Inn in Rothschild. You can still attend via zoom at your own location/district. A zoom link will be sent out prior to the start of the event.**

 

Please indicate (when registering) whether your team will be virtual at your school site as a team or in-person at the Holiday Inn Rothschild location.  

Costs to district teams will be travel, lodging and meals outside of the training time.  Lunch and training will be provided and at no cost to districts. Districts may want to pay staff a stipend for attending summer session out of local or grant - Flow Through funds.

•  Note: Cutoff date for hotel registration is May 16, 2022

• Current COVID protocols include: We are following the CDC and our county guidelines. Groups will determine if social distancing will be set up. We have hand sanitizing stations around the hotel. Hospital grade cleaning/disinfecting products are used for the hotel rooms and common areas.

• NOTE: District must have communicated with Regional RSN and participated in a mutual selection process to engage in this training. If you have questions, please contact your local RSN partner.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 8 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather. Participants will be notified via email through myQuickReg.com if a cancellation occurs.
