Rapid Cycle Feedback Overview for Leaders (Virtual)

This virtual training will provide an overview of the Rapid Cycle Feedback process. You will learn about the best practices that help ensure a successful implementation of Rapid Cycle Feedback.

The Rapid Cycle Feedback Process provides an educator growth experience consisting of collaborative planning and frequent, short, focused observations followed by timely, targeted feedback resulting in rapid improvement in educator practices and greater success for all students.

PARTICIPANTS WILL:

• Gain an understanding of the Rapid Cycle Feedback process.
• Discuss "next steps" if thinking about implementation of this strategy.

Audience: School leaders who evaluate educators.
