ESSA MONITORING SUPPORT SERVICE

The ESEA Monitoring Support Service is designed to communicate federal and state legislation, policies, and requirements related to Titles I-IV. Participants will be provided with an electronic binder and sample documents outlining their responsibilities for compliance based upon the updated 2022-23 Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (WI DPI) monitoring guidance.

2022-2023 PARTNERSHIP DELIVERABLES

• Digital binder with sample documentation

• Fall and Late Spring Meetings (see dates above)

• Virtual Office Hours: 1/17/23 and 3/20/23

• Mid-year and end-of-year compliance checks

• Regular updates and timeline reminders

• The Bi-Annual Title I Update and Collaboration Series is included with this service (Mornings of 10/18/22 and 5/30/23)

• Email, Zoom and phone support across the year

OBJECTIVES:

• Understand federal regulations and requirements pertaining to Title programs

• Collect and organize data required by the 2022-23 WI DPI ESSA Monitoring Guidance in a digital binder provided to each district

• Receive timely updates and timeline reminders throughout the school year

• Connect and collaborate with other ESSA and Title teachers and coordinators

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE:

• Title I Teachers, Title I Coordinators, ESSA Coordinators

REGISTRATION FEE: 

• $850 per District
• $1,150 per District for school districts with three or more Title I Schools

(unlimited participants per district; if you are registered for both the ESSA & WISEgrants Guidance Consortium, your rate will be discounted by $50)

Cancellation Policy:

Any registration cancellation must be received at least 8 business days before event in order for a full conference fee refund to be issued (full refunds do not include service fees. Service fees are nonrefundable).Registration cancellations received 1-7 business days before an event, a refund, minus $50 for each participant, will be issued. Persons who are registered, but not in attendance on the day of the session ("no call, no show") will be charged the full registration fee. CESA 6 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email if a cancellation occurs.
