This online event is for Effectiveness Project Model Districts:  Bangor, Black River Falls, Cochrane-Fountain City, Whitehall, and Wonewoc-Center.

The Rapid Cycle Feedback Process has been developed to enhance the Effectiveness Project (EP) Performance Evaluation system. Learn how to improve your ability to provide high-quality observational feedback that results in rapid shifts in educator practices.

The Rapid Cycle Feedback Process provides a collaborative observation experience consisting of frequent, short, focused observations followed by timely feedback resulting in rapid improvements in educator practices and improved student outcomes.

This training will provide an in-depth look at the Rapid Cycle Feedback Process and engage participants with the best practices, supporting forms, and staff training materials that will ensure a successful implementation of Rapid Cycle Feedback.

Participants will:

1. Gain an understanding of the Rapid Cycle Feedback Process
2. Access resources to support the implementation of Rapid Cycle Feedback
3. Learn tools and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the educator observations
4. Use focused observations to provide high-quality actionable feedback.
Location: Online via Zoom
