The Rapid Cycle Feedback process has been developed to improve the effectiveness of the observation component in the Effectiveness Project Performance Evaluation System. Learn how to improve your ability to provide high-quality observational feedback that results in rapid improvement in educator practices.

 

The Rapid Cycle Feedback Process provides a collaborative observation experience consisting of frequent, short, focused observations followed by timely, targeted feedback resulting in rapid improvement in educator practices and improved student outcomes. 

 

This training will provide an in-depth look at the Rapid Cycle Feedback process and engage participants with the best practices, supporting forms and staff training materials that will ensure a successful implementation of Rapid Cycle Feedback. 

 

Participants will:

  1. Gain an understanding of the Rapid Cycle Feedback Process

  2. Access resources to support the implementation of Rapid Cycle Feedback

  3. Learn tools and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the educator observations

  4. Use focused observations to provide high quality, actionable feedback

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
