World Languages Teacher Network Meeting

CESA 5 is launching the new World Languages Teacher Network.
Many world language teachers desire time and space to meet and collaborate with other world language teachers. Our meetings will focus on topics presented by the group as well as reviewing the standards for teaching world languages, lesson plan and activities ideas, making professional connections, standards-based grading for world languages, and general support and networking.

Learning outcomes:
- Collaborate with World Language teachers in our region
- Share successes in World Language Instruction
- Share resources to provide engaging, meaningful lessons
- Review curriculum for teaching a world language

Our first meeting will feature Pamela Delfosse, DPI World Languages and Global Education Consultant. She will be giving an overview of world language expectations and answering questions.

Registration Fee: Free for CESA 5 School Improvement Services Members
                            $100 for Non-Members
 

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
