CESA 5 School Counseling Network

The CESA 5 School Counselor Network is intended to allow school counselors a professional space to collaborate and network with their peers from across the region. 

The focus for the 2021-22 school year will be to collaborate around individual ACP student meetings. The goal is to develop a simple "playbook" for counseling departments to use with students in grades 6 through 12 for individual ACP meetings. What are the important topics to cover? Which questions should be asked? What has worked for your district? What hasn't? What strategies should I use if I'm new or changing how we do things? 

Counselors will also have the opportunity to network around the topics of their choice.  

There is no cost to attend during the 2021-22 school year. The primary audience at this time is middle and high school counselors. 

Cancellation Policy: Registered participants will receive a full refund if they cancel before 10 working days before an event, minus any material costs that have already been incurred. Because of our commitment to the trainer and the food vendor, participants who cancel less than 10 working days or do not attend, will be billed the full fee. CESA 5 reserves the right to cancel any event. Registered participants will be notified via email if a cancellation occurs and will receive a full refund. Inclement weather policy: Every effort will be made to hold an event. CESA 5 will notify participants via email as soon as possible if an event has been canceled due to weather conditions.
