Presenters: Jason Tadlock & Chris Trottier - Elkhorn Area School District

Cost: $50.00 for individual registration, $75.00 for a team of 4

Description:

Since 2016, the Elkhorn Area School District has leveraged the Redefining Ready dashboard to drive district and schoolwide improvement resulting in significant increases in their students earning stackable credentials: dual-credit courses, industry-recognized credentials, work-based learning experiences (Youth Apprenticeships), and co-curricular involvement. Not only will participants hear the Elkhorn story, which includes successes and challenges, but they will also learn how Elkhorn has truly moved Redefining Ready into their culture by developing systems that connect all their work. Upon completion of the (4) sessions, districts will have accomplished the following:

  • Understand the why behind Redefining Ready,
  • Identify key strategies to leverage Redefining Ready into a district and school culture,
  • Develop a continuous improvement model that puts Redefining Ready at the forefront of the work,
  • Learn how to connect Academic Career Planning, School Improvement Plans, Professional Learning Communities, and other initiatives into one systemic model to drive results, and
  • Create a Redefining Ready Dashboard that connects to participating districts/schools initiatives and goals.

Register in teams of 4 to register for $75 total! Price will be adjusted after registering; please register all attendees in the group to receive the discount.
