Flowcess U: Series overview:

Have you ever thought to yourself:

  •  Why don’t people see my perspective?
  •  Why don’t people understand me?
  • Why don’t people realize that it hurts me when people argue?
  • Why don’t people understand that I DO care?
  • Why don’t people understand that I am not trying to manipulate the conversation?
  • Why aren’t people excited to hear this?

This 5 part interactive professional development series will provide an overview of understanding a person’s uniqueness, thought process and how communication impacts relationships with others. You will also learn how to use a Samurai Approach to discover the Superhero in you so that you can communicate with others in a careful, caring, and safe way. By using this simple 3 step approach, you will be able to build a classroom community of mini superheros.
