Description:

Please join us at CESA 7 for updated training on Title IX, recent court decisions and updates from the U.S. Department of Education.  The training will review the regulations issued in 2020, and the impact of recent supreme court decisions regarding social media and LGQTB issues.  The training will review the regulation requirements, and provide guidance related to various policy and implementation issues for Title IX coordinators, investigators and those tasked with making the determination of responsibility.

This training will satisfy training requirements

Registration Fee:

FREE per participant for CESA 7 2021-22 Learning Services Full-Partnership Members

$10 per participant for CESA 7 2021-22 Learning Services Limited-Traditional Members

$20 per participant for Non-Learning Service Member
