Viterbo University 1 Credit Option

Purpose:  This credit applies toward DPI license renewal and salary lane adjustments in most districts.  At the conference, you will receive a materials packet.  You are required to write a 1-2 paragraph summary of each session.  Most participants turn it in right at the conference, but you may also submit the summaries within 1 week after the conference.

Requirement:  You must attend BOTH days of the conference to earn the 1 Viterbo graduate credit.  If you plan to attend for credit, you need to register for two events ... 10th SLP Institute (Both Days) and 10th SLP Institute VITERBO.

Course Title:         10th Annual CESA 5 School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Institute
Course Number:   To be determined

Registration:  Registering on this MyQuickReg event facilitates monitoring the number of participants interested in attending the conference for credit and does not replace Viterbo registration at the conference.   Registration and payment ($200 for tuition and fees) are onsite only.  You pay nothing now and may change your mind at any time.  Registering your name on this MyQuickReg VITERBO event will ensure that you receive all Viterbo information, including the Viterbo course registration form via email in February.  Please bring your completed form and $200 payment (check or credit card) when you check-in.
