Time for Change: Four Essential Skills for Transformational School and District Leaders, by Luis Cruz & Anthony Muhammad
Our virtual book study will focus on effective organizational change by diving into the dimensions of technical and cultural.
Reading will explore scenarios for leaders to process to build transformative skills.
The focus will be on the: Why? Who? How? Do! model proposed by the authors
Dates for the book study will be:
- June 30 starting at 8:30 AM
- July 14 starting at 8:30 AM
- August 20 after the RSN Director / Transition event / time TBD
- OR Sept. 13 8:00 AM (**We may repeat the last session based on the participants schedules)
Participants must purchase their own book. There is no additional cost to attend the book study

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Any registration cancellation must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled date to receive a refund or avoid invoicing. CESA 8 will only provide full refund of registration fees depending on individual circumstances. Refunds depend upon the ability of CESA 8 to cancel any financial obligations created by the registration such as meals, materials, etc. Registered participants not in attendance on the day of the session will be charged the full registration fee.
CESA 8 reserves the right to cancel any session due to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather. Participants will be notified via email through myQuickReg.com if a cancellation occurs. Please make sure all of your contact information is correct in myQuickReg.com.
