New evaluators will engage in learning and discussion on the power of the Educator Effectiveness system in Wisconsin to increase student achievement and support teacher learning. Veteran evaluator partners are invited to attend with new evaluators as there will be time to plan EE implementation for the year and learning around coaching as an important EE practice. New evaluators will also learn how to access training materials and the required certification assessment in Teachscape.

Learning Outcomes:

Participants will gain background knowledge about the Educator Effectiveness System and why it looks the way it does.
Participants will understand the EE processes and how the processes unfold across the year.
Participants will complete an implementation plan for EE practices in their building/district.
Participants will learn to use Teachscape to complete the required evaluator certification and calibration bi-annually.

There is no cost to attend this workshop for CESA 10 districts.
